Let's say you place a referral request for Google.

• Points will be deducted from your wallet and your referral request will be shown to all Google employees on our platform.

• All referral requests are sorted by points i.e. higher point requests are put higher in the list.

• Placing a high point request does two things, it keeps your request at the top getting you noticed first, and the referring employees are awarded a higher incentive for referring you so they will prefer going through your request first before others (dramatically increasing your chances of getting the referral).
