It's easy. Hop on to "Request Referral" page, select a company of your choice and fill the form out. Give an appropriate point value to your request as the points decide how high your request will rank in the list and how quickly it will be noticed by referrers. After you submit, one of the referrers will refer you and you'll be asked to acknowledge the request within 4 days of getting the referral. Post your acknowledge or 4 days, whichever higher, the referrer will be given their referral award.
You need to verify your work email to give referrals.
Once your work email is verified, you'll be able to see the referral requests for your company with their reward amount. Once you click "Redeem", you'll have the option to freeze the request for 10 minutes and refer that candidate. Once frozen, nobody else except you will be able to submit that request. After you refer the candidate, take a screenshot of the referral portal as referral proof and attach it to the request to enable the submit button. After submit, request will await the candidate to acknowledge the referral for 4 days. Once they acknowledge, reward will be added to your account. IF they don't acknowledge for 4 days, request will automatically be closed in your favour and you'll be rewarded. If they deny the request, a support case will be opened and we will investigate the issue basis available proofs and close the request.
You can track these easily on "My Orders" page. Click on the "Member options" dropdown from header and hop on to the orders page.
A table opens up with two tabs. The left tab is to track requests of referrals taken, applied for and the right tab is to track requests of giving referrals.
